Bonding Agent is a two stage system used to
apply cementitous toppings to existing concrete.
The primary coat penetrates into the concrete
leaving an insoluble membrane once
the liquids have evaporated. This membrane seals the surface of the concrete
preventing uneven suction from the base
concrete. A second coating must be applied
to re-wet (or freshen) the surface just prior
to applying the topping.
